About Us
Our purpose is to help our clients work more smartly when it comes to coaching provision and we do this by:
- providing a gateway to our global network of 200+ professional coaches that we have built up over many years, all adhering to our strict eligibility criteria.
- personally matching 1-3 coaches that are ‘best fit’ for each 1:1 assignment.
- ensuring coaching success criteria are in place before any programme commences.
- tailoring each coaching programme to maximise the effective outcome.
Our clients include global FTSE listed organisations, along with start ups, third sector institutions – in both the private and public sectors.
Finding great coaches is becoming more and more challenging as the market becomes flooded with coaches. We handpick coaches with strong corporate careers, who have a track record of successfully coaching senior leaders and the executive presence and intellect to sit around the table as an equal.

We Listen
Every brief is different. We seek to understand the context (for both the coachee and the organisation), along with desired outcomes, level of internal support and of course, your budget.
We Match
We go through a rigorous matching process, personally identifying 2-3 coaches who we feel best match the brief and will therefore deliver optimal success.
We Design
We tailor each coaching programme to ensure maximum success. All programmes involve a tripartite and end review. Occasionally we might also recommend a 360 and / or psychometric assessment.
