Approach

We Listen

Every brief is different. We seek to understand the context (for both the coachee and the organisation), along with desired outcomes, level of internal support and of course, your budget.

We Match

We go through a rigorous matching process, personally identifying 2-3 coaches who we feel best match the brief and will therefore deliver optimal success.

We Design

We tailor each coaching programme to ensure maximum success. All programmes involve a tripartite and end review. Occasionally we might also recommend a 360 and / or psychometric assessment.

The Coaching Solution was founded by Selina Van Laere. Selina has worked in the coaching space for over 15 years with hundreds of global organisations. She has a stellar reputation for her knowledge of what kind of coach and coaching programme is needed and an international network of world class coaches.

Selina is supported by Emma Rooke who looks after the operational delivery for all our clients. Emma has spent her career in client service. Working closely together they are the ‘dream team’.

At The Coaching Solution we don’t believe an executive coach is always the answer, we don’t believe all coaches are the same and we don’t believe all coaching programmes should be packaged the same.

Giving Back

Alongside our own charitable initiatives and the local causes supported by our coaches, we are proud to contribute to a global charity at the end of each year.

In previous years, we have supported Evertreen, an organisation that plants trees around the world through local farmers — creating environmental, social, and economic benefits in communities such as Mozambique, Madagascar, and Guatemala.

This year, we are supporting Concern Worldwide, an international humanitarian organisation committed to ending extreme poverty and driving sustainable change in lives and communities. For every coachee we work with, we are donating a duck — providing families not only with nutrient-rich eggs, but also natural crop protection as the ducks feed on locusts.
