We Design

All our programmes follow a robust framework – diagnose, agree aims, shape content, monitor, evolve and evaluate. Psychometrics and 360 are recommended only where needed.

The Coaching Solution was founded by Selina Van Laere. Selina has worked in the coaching space for over 15 years with hundreds of global organisations. She has a stellar reputation for her knowledge of what kind of coach and coaching programme is needed and an international network of world class coaches.

Selina is supported by Emma Rooke who looks after the operational delivery for all our clients. Emma has spent her career in client service. Working closely together they are the ‘dream team’.

At The Coaching Solution we don’t believe an executive coach is always the answer, we don’t believe all coaches are the same and we don’t believe all coaching programmes should be packaged the same.

Alongside our own charitable initiatives and the local causes supported by our coaches, we are proud to contribute to a global charity at the end of each year.

In recent years, we have supported:

Evertreen – an organisation that plants trees around the world through local farmers — creating environmental, social, and economic benefits in communities such as Mozambique, Madagascar, and Guatemala. For every coachee we worked with we planted a tree to help offset carbon emissions, fight climate change, and support local communities.

Concern Worldwide – an international humanitarian organisation committed to ending extreme poverty and driving sustainable change in lives and communities. For every coachee we worked with we donated a duck — providing families not only with nutrient-rich eggs, but also natural crop protection as the ducks feed on locusts.
